Shaji Rajamony is a senior support worker at Redcliffe House in Mansfield, looking after people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and supporting them towards independent living. It's a radical change in career for Raj, who was a police officer in India until 2008. His colleagues say he most definitely made the right career choice and for that decision Redcliffe House is extremely thankful.
