The Vampire Diaries - Creative Writing

Students are asked to look at the image from a scene in The Vampire Diaries on the first page.
They are then asked to think about their 5 sense in relation to the image and make notes in the table on the second page. What would they be able to see, hear, smell, taste and feel?
Then, using the writing techniques that make up AFORESTIS, they are asked to do a piece of creative writing from the perspective of someone in the image.
