A lesson plan and accompanying resources which can be used with secondary pupils to explore the Armistice which brought World War I to an end. The activities will help to develop their understanding of the events leading up to, on and after the signing of the Armistice on 11th November 1918 and the public reaction to this. Also includes a helpsheet for teachers which contains relevant information linked to the Armistice and subsequent Treaty of Versailles.
