Team Groups is here!
Team Groups is now available through Tes Portal to ALL Recruitment Subscription customers. It lets school leaders and staff easily communicate with each other, collaborate and share ideas. If you’re not sure what Team Groups is, what problems it’s helping you and your teachers to solve, watch Hayley (Team Groups’ product manager) explain all in this short video.
All new Tes Portal app
You can now review and approve supply timesheets on the go. Last week, we released the Tes Portal app, which builds on the website feature that already exists for schools working with our supply agencies. It’s the ultimate convenience tool for your school and it has the added benefit of supply teachers getting paid quicker.

Here’s a round-up of the great new things happening with our products in November.
Improved MAT dashboard
Coming soon..we will be adding a jobs tab to the dashboard page for MATs in Tes Portal. If you’re responsible for recruitment in a MAT, you will be able to see all the jobs that are live for schools within your group. In addition to showing these jobs, you will also be able to see which school the job is linked to and how the job advert is performing.
Wonde integration
Empower your staff by easily extending the benefits of Tes Portal access to them, including access to Team Groups and Tes magazine, without the headache of creating multiple accounts. We’ve partnered with Wonde to enable a direct sync between your MIS (i.e. Capita SIMS, RM Integris, Scholarpack etc) and Tes Portal. This means you’ll no longer have to manually upload new staff members or remove them when they leave your school. Plus feel safe in the knowledge that your school’s data is being shared securely.
Supply Manager
You will be able to produce a Single central record card as a pdf (currently you can only do this for a select few agencies) and have the ability to copy a previous supply request and send it to same agency without having to retype it.
Tes vacancies on your school’s website
Coming soon you will be able to show all your job vacancies that are live on tes.com on your own school’s website including the functionality to search jobs. More information will be available on your school career site page on Tes Portal soon.
