How to stop an active test

Tests that have been started in Literacy Assessment Online will automatically stop when its end time / date has been reached. However, there may be times when the test will need to be stopped ahead of schedule.

To stop an active test in Literacy Assessment Online, select Tests from the navigation menu on the left hand side of the page.

You will be presented with a list of your school’s available tests, where tests in progress display as Activated. Locate the test you wish to stop and click on the three dots menu in its row.

Click on Stop Test in the resulting list of options.

The test will now display a Not activated status, indicating that it has been successfully stopped.
