This guide will show you how to access your Equal Opportunities Dashboard.

Available to all UK subscribers

Reporting on Equal Opportunities has never been easier with your personalised Equal Opportunities dashboard.

On the dashboard, you can find data on: Age; Cultural/ethnic background; Gender identity; Religious belief; sexual orientation; Disability status.

Accessing the Equal Opportunities dashboard

  • From your Tes Staff Management ATS, select Equal opportunities reporting in lefthand menu

  • Set your filters by pressing Filters, chose your school (if you are a Group or MAT, you will be able to select from your schools) and whether you want to report on: Open Vacancies or Archived Vacancies. When ready, click search.
  • Select if you want data on hires or applications
  • View your overall statistics or a specific vacancy's statistics
