Religion and Life Theme - AQA RS GCSE - Scheme of lessons covering the whole unit of work! This resource includes at least 8 lessons (though will likely be more teaching hours!) covering the whole specification for AQA Religion and Life, including origins of the universe, the value of the world, including human duty, use and abuse of both the environment and animals, the origins of human life, and issues such as euthanasia and abortion, and life after death. The mind-maps mimic the specification, including everything the students need to know for their exams. Knowledge organiser for revision and information for the Study of Islam, as part of the GCSE AQA syllabus. It includes key beliefs; authority; worship; duties and festivals Muslim teachings; exam requirements and technique and key vocabulary. It can be used for independent revision, to aid a structured revision timetable and in lessons. My own students have these glued in their books and are encouraged to refer to them during our learning. At the end of the unit, students are asked to go over the statements and highlight (RAG) their knowledge and understanding of the topics, thereby revealing key areas for revision.
