Question Formulation Technique is a strategy used to help students to create interesting, researchable open-ended questions.

I have used this resources throughout the year with grade 3 students. At the beginning of the year, we did a spelling assessment where students spelled the first 100/200 Dolch/Fry/High Frequency words using these sheets to record their knowledge. They would create flashcards with the words they needed to learn. At the end of each term, I would check their progress by assessing the focus words.
