T Level Management and Administration - PO5 Project Management
This resource is aimed at Year 2 students specializing as in Leadership and Management.
The resource covers Performance Outcome 5 for the following knowledge areas;
1.4 7 Phases of the project life-cycle.
1.4 8 The roles and responsibilities of project team members.
1.4 9 How to determine and manage project resources and budgets.
1.5 0 The risk management process.
1.5 1 How to identify and manage risk as part of project management.
1.5 2 Content and purpose of risk, issue, and decision logs.
1.5 3 Project management tools and when to use them.
1.5 4 Project management outcomes and how these are supported.
Additionally the following practical skills are developed within a project task:
5.1 Plan and monitor projects to delivery, taking corrective action where necessary.
5.2 Determine the resources needed to deliver against the project plan.
5.3 Identify and manage risks.
5.4 Use common project management tools in the different phases of project life-cycle.
5.5 Draft budgets, instigating appropriate arrangements to monitor and control expenditure, taking account of compliance requirements.
The resource contains;
