Viking and Norse Mythology Posters KS2 History Display Set
Five free A3 Viking and Norse mythology posters for KS2. One PDF: Fenrir, Jormungandr, Surtr, the Troll and the Valkyrie, with sources and a question.
Norse mythology is the world the Vikings told stories about, from a wolf the gods had to chain to a serpent long enough to circle the earth. These posters introduce five of them.
Each poster carries the creature’s name and how to say it, the Norse runes, a short description, two facts, a dated timeline of where our knowledge actually comes from, six ratings, and a question for discussion.
What’s included
One PDF, five A3 pages: Fenrir, Jormungandr, Surtr, the Troll and the Valkyrie. Prints to A4 using “fit to page”.
How to use it
Put them on a display wall for a Vikings topic, or hand one to a group and use the question as a starter. Each poster works on its own, so you don’t need the set.
