We're an independent publisher of illustrated non-fiction about the creatures of world mythology — Japanese, Greek, Norse, Egyptian and Chinese. The resources here are free: creature fact files, comprehension activities and research tasks built for ages 7–12+, drawn from the same source material as our books. They work alongside units on ancient civilisations, world cultures and comparative mythology, and they're designed for children who'll read non-fiction when the subject is strange enough. Everything is free to download and use in class. If something would be more useful in a different format, or different creatures, tell us and we'll make it. We have over 3,500 (and growing) on our website (https://www.mythologicalcreatures.net).
