EXERCISE AT HOME - HIIT TRAINING Programme A seven week training programme for each year group (year 7-11) which focuses on at home HIIT workouts. Year 7 - Body Coach Beginner Programme Year 8 - Body Coach Beginner / Intermediate Programme Year 9 - Body Coach Intermediate/Advance Programme Year 10/11 - Les Mills workout in a variety of different activities Some of these youtube clips programmes are completed over the course of days rather than weeks but we have scheduled one HIIT training programme a week along with a variety of other resources to support students mental health whilst at home.
