These notes can be given to students to work through at their own pace, or split up and given to students as and when each part of the content is studied throughout the course. Another blank, fill-in-the-box A3 handout for the Theseus Kylix prescribed visual material. I made this for my Year 10 GCSE Classical Civilisation group and it helped break down the analysis into manageable chunks. I’ve included sections for annotating the actual kylix, as well as included sections on the back for filling in background information on Theseus and his story. By the end, students should have a fully annotated one-page reference that tells them everything they need to know about Theseus and the kylix cup.
