An 8x lesson SOW on Games Music based on the game ‘Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora’ - this game is current and relevant for young people without the high age rating! There are a lot of crossovers with film music so could be used interchangably. This is a fun revision resource to consolidate all subject content from Eduqas GCSE Music. ** For each of the musical elements, there are questions to prompt the students to think about how each element is used in music. ** Could be used for familiar when first introducing set works! These are some of the questions I ask students when they’re analysing music to help them think more critically, know what to listen for, and know what the examiner is looking for. This has been helpful for both my GCSE and A Level cohorts for Edexcel and Eduqas so should be** applicable across the exam boards.**
