Photography - Photo Transfers

Hi! This resource is best used over a couple of lessons and shows you how to complete different photo transfer methods. PowerPoint includes step-by-step instructions of how to use modge podge, tape and citrasolv to transfer photographs and images onto different surfaces. Good for AO3 and experimentation of different materials. For this lesson you will need some modge podge, packaging tape, citrasolv, (a citrus oil based cleaner which is safe for kids to use) cotton wool, and some printed images and different surfaces. A really great, fun, practical photography lessons!

Hi! Here is a PowerPoint that I have used with both Year 9 and Year 10 Fashion and Textile students. It includes a step by step guide that can be either printed or displayed on the board to show students how to create a simple block repeat pattern as well a half drop pattern (I have also included how to remove the background from a secondary image) All example images and designs were made by me during my degree, I do not own the rights to the secondary imagery within this tutorial
