Stress Management Workbook - Resource for students who are experiencing short-term/long-term stress. The resource would help students who would benefit from learning strategies to support themselves in times of stress e.g. like assessments and exams. The workbook goes through different activities so students can identify which ones work specifically for them and use them within their daily lives to combat stress. This workbook would be beneficial for students who are finding it hard to manage their stress levels in and outside of school. It can be a workbook that is used as part of 1-1 interventions and/or as a handout to students to work on independently.
