These planned activities provide an opportunity for students to reflect and improve ready for any future observations.
Progress tracker for T Level Education and Early Years - 111 competencies.
Over the 4 observations track individuals progress - I use this by colouring each box once I’ve observed them, supporting both student and assessor to highlight criteria still working towards and criteria marked as competent. Using orange and green pens this is easy to view and track.
