I've been searching everywhere for a set of regular 2D shapes with their properties also listed. I couldn't find them anywhere so have created some simple posters. I thought someone else might find these useful!

Taken bits from other powerpoints from the TES and put in the VCOP superheroes. I've tried to find the original ones I got the ideas from but can't find them to credit them! Will keep on looking!

I plan on laminating these so children can put pasta, foam, sand, or just use whiteboard pen to go over the outlines of all Phase 2 and Phase 3 singular sounds. Includes RWI ditties for letter formation & has picture relating to the ditty/sound. Note: g, f, y, j are not included as we don't do the exit strokes so I plan to just do these myself with pen. The outline of the letter with the arrow has come from a twinkl resource, I&'ve just used and adapted this to make the resource. Feedback appreciated, thanks!

A robots/space themed plenary or starter activity for the IWB. The robots spit out a question for the children to answer, then the answer will appear in their tummy. There are two robots, one green and one red for differentiated activities and at the end the robots get in their space rocket and shoot off to space! Hopefully your class will enjoy it! Just a little Pirate interactive plenary I've made. Can be used for literacy, topic, numeracy anything really. Totally editable so you can add your own questions and multiple choice answers. Instructions are written in the notes down the bottom of the slides so hopefully nice and easy. Please let me know what you think! Cheers!

Activity: Stick the yolks into empty egg cartons. Children then pick up the eggs, read them and match them to the rhyming yolks. Adapted from an idea I have seen on Pinterest!

Bookmarks for the high frequency / key words from phase 2, phase 3, phase 4 and phase 5 letters and sounds. I have separated the tricky words. We call them camera words, hence the picture of the camera but have added the editable version in case you want to change the name to something your school uses. It also includes a short note for parents with expectations. Hope this helps someone out there, please let me know if it does :)

Deal or No Deal (with sound!) for the interactive whiteboard-great for starters or plenaries. I've used it for numeracy mostly with year 2 and KS2 and the chn seem to enjoy it! Naughts and Crosses / Noughts and Crosses for Phase 2, phase 3 and phase 4 tricky words. Instructions provided! Good for use during continuous provision, or blow up to A3 for a teaching starter activity.

Very basic dominoes for Phase 2 and 3 tricky sounds. I plan on printing onto coloured paper (corresponding with Letters & Sounds so I don't mix them up!), then having out as continuous provision, and also to use for warm-ups to phonics sessions.
