Children read and underline/circle the o-e digraph in the words (a highlighter also works well here). Good for the final applying part of phonics teaching. Then they write the words and finally a sentence with one or more o-e words. Point out how 'one' is a tricky word so even though it looks like a split digraph it does not sound like it.
