We have created a new course based on GCSE spec for KS3 to get them used to exam practice. I have made a number of lessons on the WWI, WWII and the Cold War (A total of 10 hours worth for Cold War). In those 10 hours students practice Edexcel's 4, 12 and 16 mark questions.
This is an excellent lesson on the Berlin Blockade. It has a 4 mark question based on the Edexcel GCSE Spec. There is a writing structure on the PowerPoint as well as notes which were made from scratch for each student.
