I made this resource to help pupils reflect on their year in my (primary) classroom. It can be completed in one session, or continuously throughout the year, then shared with the pupils' end of year report. I have added maths, literacy & science in the top boxes, leaving the other boxes empty. We add our topics in these boxes, but you may want to make it subject based. I have uploaded an editable publisher file so you can make it more relevant for your class. Also uploaded the PDF so you can print off straight away, if required. Feedback always welcome.
