Created as a resource for a KS3 Science home learning project. This presentation introduces pupils to some of the adaptations of animals which enable them to survive the challenges of living in tidal pools. Challenges covered include avoiding predators, avoiding being washed out to sea, and surviving rapidly changing temperature and oxygen levels. It should also prove useful for GCSE Biology pupils revising for exams but could also be used with more able KS2 groups.

This was originally created to be used alongside a self-marking Moodle-based quiz but as these can't be uploaded I have replaced it with a crossword based on the contents of the presentation.
