A target sheet containing all the differentiated learning outcomes by colour for the P1 topics. Students to allocate a colour (green = understand fully, yellow = partially understand and red = do not understand) before and upon completion of the topic. Teacher can use to amend teaching and students can use to identify strengths and weaknesses for directed study. After each end of topic test, students can write down their targets for improvement and teacher can give a written comment of student performance.

thank you - could add grade levels to improve it but I found themk useful.
thank you very much saved a lot of time i might just add the grades beside and ask students to put tick , cross and ? instead of colours as they will ask me for the 3 colours!!
