A good starter activity to initialise teaching of plants topic at KS3. This can help if you have an intake from many primary schools where you aren't sure what they already know.
Try collecting them in and talking through them all to share what some know with others who may not so all pupils can start from an equal grounding for the topic.
Can be adapted to suit any topic.
