Bile and Surface

This is such a clear presentation. I use it in conjunction with a simple practical on emulsifiers and it works well as a complete lesson. I agree with CYRTurner that the long answer question at the end is a good idea as the process lends itself to an exam question

Great to have a very clear powerpoint explaining surface area and digestion and the worksheet goes really well with the Powerpoint too. I like the longer response section about the emulsifying effect of bile at the end.

Very useful resource. all the main points covered and very clear images to illustrate the points.
