Three different breathing activities to do in class including five finger breathing, figure 8 breathing and triangle breathing. These breathing exercises will help students in any situation if they are feeling panicked, out of control or even breathless. Deep breathing helps reduce the heart rate and blood pressure, promoting calmness.
