Several issues for using this to teach: 1. The date of publication isn't clear. "April 13" is at the bottom, which is presumably April of 2013, but it isn't explicit. 2. The majority of the content is about things that are only tangentially about the LHC, such as contracts various industries have made with the LHC. Hardly what I'd call important for teaching my students about what the LHC does. 3. Acronyms are not explained. While STFC can be gathered from the logo at the top right, others, such as CERN, ATLAS, and CMS are not explained at all. Ultimately, this reads more like a justification for the LHC's existence than a useful tool for educating students about what the LHC is and does.
