This lesson plan and the associated resources cover ways to improve dental health.

It covers statutory content:
-Relationships and sex education (RSE) and health education
-Physical health and mental wellbeing (Secondary)
-Health and Prevention: about dental health and the benefits
of good oral hygiene, including healthy eating and regular
check-ups at the dentist.

This lesson plan was originally produced as part of the BRIGHT trial to help young people brush their teeth to reduce decay. It was received a quality mark from the PSHE Association:
