I developed this for a low ability class who find it hard to engage. This fits in with Learning Aim B principles of scienceThere are two practicals in this. One describes how to make a simple motor with a battery, wire, nail and strong magnet. The second is how to make and record voltages from a fruit cell. The accompanying worksheets are designed to help pupils briefly understand how direct current is produced. The powerpoint and 2nd worksheet is adapted from other sources so thanks you in advance.
