3 lesson unit on poetry for LA (year 9?). I created it for LA pupils very unexcited by the prospect of poetry. It uses The Way I am by Eminem - I have included the edited poem and links to edited version of the song. Sorry about the lazy layout of the lesson plans and ignore the speaking and listening activities. I’m a new teacher so can’t promise it’s up to much, but some colleagues have said they like it… comments would be appreciated if people have the time.
