End of term Presentation Lessons: Science

These lessons (3 lessons in total) were planned for a mixed ability Year 8 and Year 9 class, although it can be also used with KS4.\n\nStudents are placed into groups of 2 or 3 and given a topic to research and present back to the class either by choosing a topic or being assigned by the teacher. 10 topics are available for the students to choose or for high ability students they can choose their own topic.\n\nTopics are; deforestation, I.V.F, global warming, G.M genetically modified, fossil fuels and volcanoes, hormones and steroids, fast food and obesity and nuclear power..
