This is a starter and task designed for my low ability Year 7 class. The starter allows students to match energy types with corresponding pictures. After a short introduction to energy transfers, the class will use the word cards to fill in the table with energy going in to objects and then the types of energy that come out of the objects. The cards could be used as cut and stick or as prompts for spelling. Feedback is greatly appreciated, thanks!
