Pam Bondi’s recent testimony to a the House Judiciary Committee is a good way of showing students how to identify weaknesses in arguments. I have created this worksheet which includes some phrases from her testimony. The worksheet should be used after showing some video clips of her testimony so the students can see the full context of the phrases within the ‘argument’ taking place.
