(This resource was updated on Sept 30 2015. There are now two new black and white versions for easier printing)

This is a seven page comic book version of the scene from the Frankenstein classic where the monster is brought to life. The language has been edited to appeal to learners of ESL/EFL or it can be used as an introduction to younger readers of the Mary Shelley classic.

The zip file contains four versions of the comic. A PDF file color, and black and white version for printing, an ePUB version and a version with with empty text boxes for writing practice. This means it can be viewed on various platforms including computers, e.book readers and tablets. It can also be printed out in full color or black and white.

This is a free version so I would greatly appreciate any feedback or advice you can give as to the usefulness of the product.

There are further comics in this Frankenstein series and other English and History subjects which will be paid for versions. Please follow me if you are interested in these.
