Although these resources are aimed at Christian youth groups they could easily be adapted to be used in an assembly or lesson. The paper bag exercise works well, (although it can be time-consuming to tidy up afterwards!) and gives groups an understanding of the need for Fair Trade if each bag is given a cost.
