The first 10 slides look at how and why Hitler was able to secure the chancellorship in 1933.
The remaining slides focus on how he was able to consolidate his power. I would advise delivering this over two lessons as it would be difficult to get through the content and tasks in just one hour.
This content has been designed to be delivered as part of the IGCSE Cambridge Assessment spec, focusing on the Depth Study (Germany 1918-1945). Although this resource could be used for any exam board focusing on Germany during this period, you may just need to adapt the style of exam questions detailed in the resource.
