This lesson is for Entry 3 Functional Skills English, KS2, and depending on their knowledge level, KS3 learners.
I use the lesson to introduce the imperative to my students by incorporating familiar things. The group had just finished reading Charlotte’s Webb by E.B White. Charlotte’s Webb is a fairly easy book to read and your students may be more advanced so you can adapt the lesson to suit your needs.
