I couldn't get the weblinks ( even the one on the Word document ) to open the correct page but the Word document itself is a useful set of instructions for the classic experiment to calculate internal resistance from maximum power dissipation. Be aware that if the cells discharge significantly during the experiment the results may be more difficult to interpret.
