Justin is an outstanding apprentice. Not only did he achieve a double distinction in his NVQ, he also undertook additional learning in hardware programming to enhance his Apprenticeship and working experience. Working in Engineering Technology for AWE, Justin has been able to experience many facets of the business from equipment maintenance to circuit board design and manufacture. His Apprenticeship has helped him develop his interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
