This is a complete lesson on heat transfer by infrared radiation that I prepared for a Y9 class.

Starter activity to recap convection from a previous lesson using a group
discussion and feedback on a hot air balloon. is followed by an introduction to infrared radiation and heating. A Leslie Cube demonstration is used to demonstrate the differences in
surfaces (black/matt/light/shiny). Different real life examples are then discussed as a precursor to a set of exam-style questions (ExamPro so they cannot be included)

Includes a PowerPoint and Lesson Plan.
