This is something that I prepared and used with a triple science group to get them thinking about how to make a good hypothesis. It shows a bad example, a good example and a better example while asking the pupils to identify how to make them better along the way. Also introduces the criteria for gaining marks in the planning stage of this controlled assessment. Please leave feedback, adapt and use as you like!

:-( sounds absolutely brilliant and just what I am after, but it is a flipchat. However the lesson plan is still useful with some good ideas on how to carry out this experiment. Thanks a lot for sharing I bet some people will be able to use it in the form it is intended.
