I deliver mindfulness lessons to 7-11 year olds and during the lessons I use lots of models to represent the process of mindfulness. The glitter jar is one of those tools that has proven to be a big hit with the kids. This is just a set of simple instructions to make a jazzy glitter jar.

Great idea BUT be sure to use ECO-GLITTER. The normal stuff if NOT BIO-DEGRADABLE and will end up in the sea (it passes through water filtration systems!)
