Music Theory Quiz 1 (Google Form). Self-marking! Crotchets, Minims and Semibreves.

This quiz is based on the learning n my Music Theory Worksheet 1. This can be found in my resources.

This is the link to a Google form which marks the responses for you. Please copy the form and make it your own (you should have editor access).

You may want to tweak the first section - if you make the class question a multiple choice or dropdown question, you can pre-fill the names of the classes you teach. This will make it easier to sort the responses.

When your class has completed the form, you can check individual scores and responses. The most efficient way is to go to responses and click Link to Sheets. This will give you a spreadsheet of your students’ responses.
