Our school used this in our Mental Health Awareness week: each child was encouraged to take home a copy to fill in each day, for 4 days.
The sheet has suggestions of positive things to note down about their day, e.g. “Write one thing which made you laugh today,” or "Write one thing you like about yourself."
At the bottom of the sheet are some more suggestions to help build/reinforce positive self-image.
