Lesson Plan:
This lesson pupils will learn what positive thinking is and the importance of positive thinking. By the end of the lesson pupils will understand how to practise positive thinking using positive affirmations and gratitude but shall understand it is okay to not always feel positive.

This lesson is part of a larger scheme of work ‘Healthy Mind’ including 6 lessons related to having a good mental health. All lessons include an engaging PowerPoint, fun activities, and a range of differentiated task for you to choose from and are suitable for distance learning. Follow the link to find out more:
