I love this! As a huge fan of mindfulness and the benefits I have seen using it myself - I love anything that makes mindfulness access to children! With it being children’s mental health week next week I will be using this with the children that I teach - thank you for creating this to help children build their emotional literacy!

Really lovely resource to help little ones with understanding and expressing their emotions at this difficult time. I particularly like the “daily check in” that gives them time to assess feelings and we choose to go on nature walks to help with mood.
