Puberty Education Programme ‘About You’ - 2023/24

FREE RESOURCES & PERIOD PRODUCTS when you register for ‘About You’. This curriculum-linked programme equips educators, like you, to unlock the mysteries of Puberty, Relationships and Wellbeing. Helping young people learn to love themselves and their changing bodies.

What’s included?

‘About You’ provides all the tools needed to deliver Relationships and Sex Education, including up-to-date lessons covering three core topics: Puberty, Relationships and Wellbeing.

All resources are ready-to-teach, and include:

When you register for ‘About You’, eligible schools, will be asked how many of the following products they need:

• Free Always sample packs for people with periods aged 11-12
• Free Tampax sample packs for people with periods aged 13-14

Both packs include a Confidence Guide and Parents’ Leaflet for students to take home; designed to help families feel confident to talk about puberty at home.

*Sample packs are issued on a first come first served basis and are subject to availability. Each school with people with periods aged 11 to 14 in the UK and ROI may order one set of samples for each eligible year group per academic year. Tampons are only advisable for use by people with periods aged 13+.
