Producing drawings of large process plants, buildings and nuclear reactors is all in a day's work for award-winning engineering apprentice Rachael Palmer, 21, from Middlesbrough.
Named as the Advanced Apprentice of the Year in the North East final of the National Apprenticeship Awards 2010, Rachael is employed as a design technician by global provider of onshore engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning services, Aker Solutions in Stockton-on-Tees.
