When a mass on a spring oscillates with simple harmonic motion, T = 2(pi) (sqrt m/k) - the time period is proportional to the root of the mass and indirectly proportional to the root of the spring constant. A good lesson as the students approach A2 which tests them on rearranging equations, practising inputting data into equations, drawing graphs and calculating gradients. I hope you find it useful.
