Lesson Plan:
This lesson pupils will learn what stress is, how to recognise stress and the coping mechanisms for stress. Pupils will be able to explain how stress affects the brain, muscles, digestive system, lungs, and heart and how they can use this knowledge to support them in managing stress.

This lesson is part of a larger scheme of work ‘Healthy Mind’ including 6 lessons related to having a good mental health.
